Are you available to travel?
Yes. Fees associated with traveling will be added to selected package.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure appointment date. It will be 30% of your chosen package price. If appointment is cancelled less than 48hrs, deposit will be forfeited as that date could have be filled by another client.
What if we arrive to our appointment late?
We are aware that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances happen and although we are very accommodating, we ask that clients respect our time. If clients are late beyond reasonable time, session will need to be rescheduled if it eats into another appointment. A rebooking fee of $75 will be charged if shoot location is outside of our studio. Deposit will not be refunded if client decides to cancel appointment.
I’m ready to book, how do I do that?
Please use the contact form to let us know what package you’re wanting to book and your preferred date. We will let you know no longer than 48hrs if your date is available. You will need to pay your deposit in order to secure the date and time slot. The deposit is 30% of the package price. An invoice will be sent to you for the deposit and once the shoot is complete, the remaining will be due right before images are released to you. You will receive another invoice for the remainder.
Do you do body enhancements in your photo editing?
We are highly capable of digital enhancements and are willing to offer this service to clients HOWEVER, we do not promote self-hate or negative body images. Here at Crabeye, we believe everyone is beautiful and should feel beautiful in their own skin. We understand certain corrections for photo purposes are necessary but extreme augmentations will only be done at clients request and payment for the service. We ask that you let our team know of your request before editing begins.
Will you post pictures on social media?
Yes we do like to post pictures of our work on social media. We’re sure some of you saw our great work on there and that’s why you’re excited to work with us. We respect the privacy of all our clients and do ask for permission once the shoot is completed before posting their photos. Please note that once you’ve given us permission to post your picture and we do post it, we will not take it down. We’ve had some unpleasant situations where clients have explicitly told us it was absolutely fine to post pictures and once posted, they decide to recant. So please take note that once we go through with posting the picture, it will not be coming down.
What if I don’t find the package i’m looking for?
No worries! We can always customize a package for you or create one to fit your exact needs. Just let us know what you want and we will work with you.
How long before I receive my photos back?
Please allow a 15 days turnaround time. For event photos, 3 - 4 weeks.
